Refund & cancellation policy

Termination & Refunds

1. We shall be entitled to suspend the Services and/or terminate this Agreement forthwith without notice to you If you:
   1. fail to pay any sums due to us as they fall due.
   2. break any of these terms and conditions.
   3. are a company and you go into liquidation or suffer the appointment of an administrator or administrative receiver or enter into a voluntary arrangement with your creditors.
   4. We may find a customer to be using server resources to such an extent that he or she may jeopardize server performance and resources for other customers. In such instances, We reserve the right to impose the High Resource User Policy for the consideration of all customers. Customers may be offered an option whereby We continue hosting the website for an additional fee.
2. No refunds will be made under any circumstances for Services suspended in accordance with 1.1
3. We reserve the right to suspend the Services and/or terminate this Agreement at any time. In the event of this You will be entitled to a pro rata refund based upon the remaining period of prepayment.
4. You may cancel the Services at any time. To do so you must request cancellation of the Services in writing including your account username and password. We will cancel the Services within 2 working days of receipt of your request.
5. During the first 7 days of Services, You are entitled to a refund of the basic hosting plan rental fee should You decide to cancel the Services. No full refunds or pro rata refunds will be made after the first 7 days of service should You decide to cancel the Services.
   1. Domain name registration fees, charges for additional data transfer and charges for optional extras added to your account are not refundable under any circumstances.
   2. You will not be entitled to a refund on this basis if you have previously held an account with us.
6. Where payment has been made by credit or debit card, any refund will only be issued to the same credit or debit card.
7. On termination of this Agreement or suspension of the Services we shall be entitled immediately to stop access to your Web Site and to remove all data located on the Server.

1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at +91 94718 83237 or email us at admin@sainofy.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.
2. Any refund request will be accepted within one month from the date of purchase, i.e. one month money back policy.
3. All refunds will be processed within 4-to-6 business days of receiving returned product. It will remain the customers responsibility to return the product in unused condition. There should not be any signs of wear and tear on either the product or the box to be eligible for a refund.

For Service

1. If you wish to cancel the service, please inform us within 2 days of placing your request for service, full refund will be given.
2. If refund request is sent after 2 days, a partial refund will be given based on the days of service used.
3. No refunds will be given after the service is completely availed.

If we are required to intercept, disclose, monitor and/or store your Personal Information:

1. (a) by law;
2. (b) to conduct our business;
3. (c) to secure our systems; or
4. (d) to enforce our own rights,

we will do so in the manner as prescribed by law.

Such interception, disclosure, monitoring and storage may take place without your knowledge. In that case, we will not be liable to you or any third party for any damages howsoever arising from such interception, disclosure, monitoring and storage. In order to ensure that all our Users comply with the Terms of Service, we may monitor your Personal Information to the extent that this may be required to determine compliance and/or to identify instances of non-compliance. To ensure that the security and integrity of our Services are safeguarded, we may monitor your Personal Information. This monitoring may include (without limitation) the filtering of incoming and outgoing electronic data messages to identify, limit and/or prevent the transmission of spam, viruses and/or unlawful, defamatory, obscene or otherwise undesirable material or content. We may under certain circumstances procure an element of the Services from a third party service provider. To the extent that it may be necessary, and solely for the purposes of providing the Service to you, you agree that we may disclose to such third party any of your Personal Information that may be necessary for the procurement of services from the third party.
