Delivery and shipping policy. See how we deliver and ship the products at your doorsteps.

These terms of business apply to all Hosting services, domain name registration services, Software CD/DVD and Other Products provided by Sainofy InfoSystems:-

  • Where the context admits: "We" & "Us" includes Sainofy InfoSystems of: 1st Floor, Ranjan Market, Opposite Samsung Showroom, Rewa Road, Bhagwanpur, Muzaffarpur, Bihar, Muzaffarpur, Bihar (842001), IN or any party acting on Sainofy InfoSystem's implicit instructions.
  • "You" includes the person purchasing the Services, Software CD/DVD and Other Products or any party acting on the customer's instructions.
  • "The Registrant" includes the person applying for a domain name or any party acting on the Registrant's instructions.
  • "The Registry" the relevant domain names Registry.
  • "Server" means the computer server equipment operated by us in connection with the provision of the Services.
  • "Web Site" means the area on the Server allocated by us to you for use by you as a site on the Internet.

  • Our courriers
    • For products that are in stock, we ship within 12-18 hours from the time you place your order.
      For India and overseas region we've been entitled for using the following shipping carriers:
  • Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy
    • The following exceptions will require extended shipment and/or delivery times:
      1. Products that are normally stocked but that are temporarily out of stock.
      2. Products that are not normally stocked and must therefore be special ordered.
      3. Items requiring special attention in adherence to legal and/or delivery service guidelines.

      Under such circumstances, you will be emailed regarding the specifics of your situation.

  • Delays in Shipping
    • On occasion, we may experience an unforseen delay in the shipment of your order. In such a case, you will be notified via email by PoolCartridgeDeals.com. When delayed shipments become ready to ship, we will email you unless you contact us and choose to cancel any portion of your order that has not been shipped.
  • Shipping Timeframes
    • Standard Shipping: Our standard method of shipping is UPS ground shipping. You may expect to receive your order within 4-8 business days from the date of shipment.
    • PO Box Shipping: We can not deliver to PO Boxes. During checkout, please be sure to provide us with a physical shipping address.
    • International Shipping: Currently, we do not ship to International or U.S. Territory locations such as Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, or any destination outside the contiguous United States.
  • If Your Order Does Not Arrive On Time
    • If your order does not arrive within the specified delivery timeframe please let us know. Tracking information is provided via email for most orders. On occasion, orders may become lost in transit, delivered to the wrong address, or consigned to a person other than yourself. This may include a family member, neighbor, co-worker, or property manager. Packages may also be left at your front door, garage, or in a location hidden from plain view. If for some reason, your delivery has not been received within the specified timeframe and cannot be located with the tracking information provided, please contact us.
  • Tracking Your Order

    Tracking information is provided via email for most orders. If tracking information is provided, you can track your order online.

    • At this time we do not offer tracking information for items shipped via USPS.


    If your order has shipped but no tracking information was provided via email, then know that your order has been shipped regardless. It can take up to 24 hours to update tracking information. Also, please allow up to 10 days for most Standard Shipping orders with exception to those special circumstances mentioned in the "Exceptions to Our Shipping and Delivery Policy" section on this page.

  • Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)
    • For International buyers, orders are shipped and delivered through registered international courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 15 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Your Company Name is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 15 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery .of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times(Unless specified at the time of Order). Your Company Name is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer.   • Shipping & Delivery Policy (Services)

  • How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products
    • The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product. For multiple products ordered from the same category the programme adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee. Thus, a customer who orders three books weighing 200gms, 250gms and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each. Thus the customer will pay a delivery fee of Rs 85 for ordering the three books as a single order instead of Rs 142 if he orders them separately. However, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Thus, if a customer orders a SchoolSOFT DVD Set and Shirts he will pay separate delivery charges for each product. This is because the products are being sourced and shipped from different cities. The minimum weight taken into account is 250gms (only for documents) for domestic shipments and 500gms for international shipments. There is a parcel surcharge applicable for the consignments other than documents irrespective of weight of the shipments in case of international deliveries. The weight of the product has been built in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage. The delivery cost of a consignment weighing 3 Kg to be shipped within India will be = INR 165. The delivery charge is arrived at by multiplying the weight of the product with the slab rate. Thus, the delivery cost of a consignment weighing 3 Kg to USA will be (789+(5*213)) = INR 1854.
